How Our U-Pick Works

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Arrive & Check In: When you arrive at Walker Flower Farm, head to the check-in area. Our friendly team will greet you and walk you through the process.

  2. Pay for Your Cup: Each visitor pays $20 for a cup, which you can fill with as many flowers as fit inside. Payment is made before heading into the fields.

  3. Grab a Cup & Scissors: After paying, you’ll receive your cup and a pair of scissors for easy flower picking. We’ll also share a few helpful tips on selecting and cutting your blooms.

  4. Pick Your Flowers: Wander the fields and pick your favorites! Take your time exploring the wide variety of flowers in bloom and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

  5. Return to the Check-In Area: When you’re finished picking, stop back at the check-in area to drop off your scissors, pick up flower food to keep your bouquet fresh, and browse or purchase any farm swag you’d like to take home as a souvenir.

Seasonal Bloom Info: Flowers typically begin blooming in late June or early July, depending on the weather. Throughout the season, you’ll find a rotating selection of gorgeous flowers—like sunflowers, zinnias, cosmos, marigolds, snapdragons, and more—right through early fall.
